Russell finally in Raiders' mix

Now that JaMarcus Russell has been put on the active roster from the exempt list, the Raiders have figured out their quarterback plans for the season. They informed Andrew Walter that they will try to trade him, eventually trimming the number of quarterbacks on the roster to three. To make room for Russell, the Raiders released cornerback Duane Starks on Monday.
