Hobgood To Miss Next Two WCT Events

Damien Hobgood, the current #6 ASP World Championship Tour surfer, has withdrawn from next week's WCT Boost Mobile Pro tournament in California and the folowing WCT event slated for later this month in France after reinjuring his left knee this past weekend. Hobgood, 28, of Satellite Beach, Florida, originally injured the knee two months ago while competing in the finals of the Rip Curl Search WCT event in Chile.
