Baseball HQ Tuesday, September 4, 2007 Billy Wagner, LHP, Mets: Wagner complained of a dead arm earlier in the month (6.23 ERA, .375 BAA in August), so manager Willie Randolph gave him some time off earlier in the week. After six days off, he was inserted into the game to try to get a six-out save and failed miserably. He threw 48 pitches and labored to get Phillies hitters out.
