New Tulsa head coach Todd Graham is hoping the second time's a charm with a heralded 2008 quarterback prospect. After the commitment and quick de-commitment from talented signal caller Kelly Page (Sunnyvale, Texas/Mesquite), Tulsa received good news this weekend with a verbal from Tyler Wilson (Greenwood, Ark.).
