Roumbanis Knows No Limit Quick, name an angler who has won a BASS tournament without catching a limit in at least one round of the event. That is a heck of a trivia question. The answer is Fred Roumbanis, who became the first winner in memory to accomplish that feat. The 28-year-old Californian posted catches of 11 pounds, 9 ounces, and 16-11 in the qualifying rounds on High Rock Lake, and 14-10 and 7-4 in the finals on Lake Townsend to win the Bassmaster American presented by Advance Auto Pa ...
