Scouts Inc. Friday, July 13, 2007 Three Burning Questions 1. Will the Jaguars have someone step up and assume the No. 1 receiver role? This was a question last year and remains one this year. The addition of Dennis Northcutt will help, but he really lacks the size to be a No. 1 receiver. He is a good route runner and very quick, but Northcutt is not going to win many battles in a crowd.
