ESPN.com Wednesday, July 4, 2007 Texas State hybrid defender Mark Washington has been declared eligible for the NFL's special July 12 supplemental draft. A defensive lineman at Texas State in 2006, and perhaps miscast at tackle, Washington is projected as a linebacker at the NFL level, and, because of his diverse skills, might be best suited for a team that employs a 3-4 front.
