Tuesday, July 3, 2007 Although frustrated from busting out in his first event on the third hand of play, Ghandrasekhar Billavara decided to ante up in Event 49, the $1,500 no-limit hold 'em event. Billavara was one of 3,151 players participating which set the record for largest non-main event field ever and was the last one standing. Billavara, a 38-year-old coffee shop owner from San Francisco, entered the final table last in chips, on Monday night, but refused to go down early. After doubling up with pocket aces ...
