PHILADELPHIA -- Brett Dietz threw seven touchdown passes to help the Tampa Bay Storm beat the Philadelphia Soul 69-59 on Saturday night in the Arena Football League. Dietz was 21-of-37 for 276 yards for the Storm (7-7), who clinched a playoff spot later Saturday night when Georgia beat Austin.
