My team-by-team, fantasy style look at the NFL continues with the AFC North. Baltimore Quarterback: Steve McNair was able to make it through 16 games in 2006 and did an admirable job managing the offense. He is a shell of what he used to be statistically, though, and his owners can simply hope he stays healthy enough to remain a solid fantasy reserve.
