Even though they've lost three straight games, everybody wants to talk about the Brewers. So let's talk about them. When I'm asked, in the middle of May, to evaluate a team, I do my best to remember the end of March. Because usually not all that much changes in six weeks. In late March, I liked the Brewers. A lot of people did. Not that anybody was saying they'd be this year's 2006 Tigers. But many of us considered the Brewers real contenders in a pretty awful division. I believe I penciled the ...
