BASSMASTER Magazine, June 2007 Friday, May 11, 2007 The cast was clumsy. The rod felt unbalanced and the steel edge of the reel fit uncomfortably in my palm. The thumb on my right hand was not nearly as smart as it needed to be, so several loops of overrun line had to be stripped off before I could consider my retrieve. The lure landed with the finesse of a cannonball more than 4 feet from its intended target, and I was quite happy with both the delivery and accuracy of the cast.
