Tuesday, April 24, 2007 CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. -- Virginia guard Sean Singletary will declare for the NBA draft but is not planning to hire an agent, leaving open the possibility of a return for his senior season. The 6-foot junior, an all-Atlantic Coast Conference player, maintained repeatedly this season he would be back for his senior year.
