Tuesday, April 24, 2007 LEXINGTON, Va. -- Division I scoring leader Reggie Williams plans to skip his senior season at Virginia Military Institute and enter the NBA draft. Williams, a 6-foot-5 forward who averaged 28.1 points, said Tuesday he will not hire an agent. He will have until June 18 to withdraw his name if he hopes to return to the Keydets.
