Michigan State wears down Maine, heads to title game

ST. LOUIS -- Michel Leveille came cruising down the right wing and fired a shot on Jeff Lerg. The Michigan State goaltender made the blocker save on the Maine captain, and then the puck deflected up and over the 5-foot-6 Lerg and landed safely on top of the net to draw the whistle.
