Keating to leave UCLA for Santa Clara coaching job

UCLA assistant Kerry Keating will be the next head coach at Santa Clara, multiple sources told ESPN.com. Before coming to the Bruins, Keating spent two seasons (2001-03) at Tennessee under Buzz Peterson. Santa Clara finished the regular season with a 21-10 record and a 10-4 mark in the West Coast Conference.
