TAMPA, Fla. (AP) -- Mariano Rivera was dominating again. Rivera worked a scoreless ninth and Kei Igawa threw five effective innings in the New York Yankees' 5-1 win over the Philadelphia Phillies on Monday. Rivera has allowed four hits, including a broken-bat bloop single Monday by Abraham Nunez, over nine shutout innings overall. "I'm ready," Rivera said.
