Kendall leads Louisiana Open by three strokes

BROUSSARD, La. -- Skip Kendall shot his third straight round at 5 under par to lead the $500,000 Louisiana Open going into Sunday's final round at Le Triomphe Country Club in Broussard. His score of 15-under 198 was three shots ahead of Jarrod Lyle, Tag Ridings and Tom Byrum, who all finished the 7,004-yard, par-71 course at 201. An additional 71 golfers finished at or below par. Greg Sonnier and Paul Claxton were tied for fifth at 203, and six players were tied for seventh at 205.
