With three weeks of action behind us, it's becoming clear which teams are a cut above the rest. Dallas and Georgia have both gone undefeated thus far with records of 3-0, and Philadelphia has opened strong at 2-0. Meanwhile, there are some teams that need to shake things up quickly to adapt and avoid further mediocrity this season. New York, Arizona and Tampa Bay all haven't won a game yet.
