Wednesday, March 7, 2007 INDIAN WELLS, Calif. -- Add Elena Dementieva to the growing list of star players to pull out of the Pacific Life Open. A right rib injury forced the fifth-seeded Dementieva to withdraw Wednesday from the tournament that is already missing three of the world's top five players.
