Spring look around the ACC

Nine of the ACC's 12 teams return their starting quarterbacks from 2006. Only Georgia Tech, Clemson and Maryland are working in first-year starters. But that doesn't mean there aren't a whole lot of questions surrounding the position as conference teams head into spring practice.
