NEW YORK (AP) -- Robert Hines scored 17 points and St. Francis, N.Y., beat Fairleigh Dickinson 72-69 Monday night to clinch the eighth and final spot in the Northeast Conference playoffs. Allan Sheppard added 15 points, Marcus Williams finished with 13 and Jamal Womack had 11 for the Terriers (9-21, 7-11), who trailed 43-34 at halftime. St. Francis has won three straight games.
