Even though Jeff Garcia was disappointed the Eagles didn't offer him a contract and instead gave a three-year extension to A.J. Feeley, the quarterback is still in a good bargaining position. Garcia has a good chance to go to the Broncos as Jay Cutler's backup. The Bucs are interested. And Garcia does have a legitimate chance to get a starting job if he wants.
