Scouts Inc. has evaluated the team needs for all 32 NFL teams. Here's a breakdown of the NFC East. Dallas Cowboys Free safety: The Cowboys' secondary had problems stopping the deep pass, especially at free safety, where Pat Watkins was burned repeatedly.
