Scouts Inc. has evaluated the team needs for all 32 NFL teams. Here's a breakdown of the AFC South. Jacksonville Jaguars Quarterback: The Jaguars have to decide if they want to stick with veteran Byron Leftwich. However, the consensus is that he will be gone before the draft. David Garrard did not show that he is capable of leading the team to the playoffs, although he appears to be a quality backup. Backup Quinn Gray is a restricted free agent.
