(AP) -- Ricky Hickman scored 19 points and led four UNC Greensboro players in double figures as the Spartans beat Western Carolina 79-68 on Wednesday night. The win spoiled a solid individual effort from Western Carolina's Nick Aldridge, who scored 28 points and grabbed 11 rebounds -- both game highs. The Catamounts otherwise struggled shooting from the field, hitting just 38 percent of their shots. Western Carolina (10-16, 7-8 Southern Conference) opened up a five-point lead ...
