Bears stage spirited practice in shells, shorts

CORAL GABLES, Fla. -- The Chicago Bears worked on third-down plays, their two-minute offense and special teams responsibilities Thursday during practice for Sunday's Super Bowl against the Indianapolis Colts. The 1-hour, 45-minute session at the University of Miami saw the Bears dressed in shells and shorts. Coach Lovie Smith said the spirited workout mirrored what the team normally does on that day.
