Tuesday, January 30, 2007 CALGARY -- Steve Yzerman will serve as Team Canada's general manager at the IIHF world hockey championships in Moscow in April and May. "I really enjoyed my experiences in international hockey," said Yzerman, who helped Canada win gold at the 2002 Olympics. "I enjoyed watching them as a young boy and participating throughout my career. Being able to stay involved to me is very exciting." He's currently a vice president with the Detroit Red Wings.
