USFWS Survey Under Way Every five years since 1955, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has conducted the National Survey of Fishing, Hunting, and Wildlife-Associated Recreation. The study provides information on the number of participants in fishing, hunting and wildlife watching as well as the amount of time and money spent on these activities.
