Injury forces Arthurs to withdraw from Australian team

SYDNEY, Australia -- A hip injury has forced Wayne Arthurs to withdraw from Australia's Davis Cup squad for next month's World Group first-round tie in Belgium. Arthurs, 35, injured his hip during his third round match against American Mardy Fish at the Australian Open and was forced to retire from the match.
