STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (AP) -- Amanda Brown scored 27 points and Kam Gissendanner added 16 to lead Penn State to a 69-58 victory over Michigan State (No. 21 ESPN/USA Today, No. 23 AP) on Thursday night. Brown scored 17 points during a 9-minute stretch in the first half, helping the Lady Lions (10-11, 3-5 Big Ten) to a 36-29 halftime lead.
