BOONE, N.C. (AP) -- Donte Minter scored 22 points to lead Appalachian St. to a 100-91 win over Western Carolina on Monday night. Davis Bowne and Kellen Brand added 20 points apiece and Demetrius Scott chipped in 16 for Appalachian St. (13-4, 5-1 Southern Conference).
