Happy New Year everyone and thanks for your questions. The mailbag was definitely full to kickoff 2007. Turner in Vero Beach, Fla.: Will Noel Devine be able to sign with a major university this year or will he have to go to prep school like Milford Academy? Craig: Noel Devine (North Fort Myers, Fla.) will probably sign with a school on national signing day, but it does not look like he will be able to go to a Division I school right away.
