WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (AP) -- Lindsay Wisdom-Hylton had 19 points and eight rebounds to lead No. 13 Purdue to a 70-44 victory Sunday over Penn State. Katie Gearlds finished with 12 points and Erin Lawless and Danielle Campbell each scored 11 for the Boilermakers (13-2, 2-0 Big Ten), who won their sixth consecutive game after a Dec. 6 loss at Notre Dame.
