CLEMSON, S.C. (AP) -- K.C. Rivers scored a game-high 24 points and grabbed eight rebounds to lead Clemson (No. 22 ESPN/USA Today; unranked AP) to a 103-60 win over Western Carolina on Saturday. The Tigers (12-0) ended the first half on a 16-4 run to lead by 15 points at the break, then opened the second half on a 32-8 run. During the second half run, Rivers hit four of his six 3-pointers and Clemson scored 18 straight points. The 103 points was the most scored by the Tigers since beating Wake ...
