ESPN.com Saturday, December 23, 2006 San Francisco center Tony Wragge has been fined $5,000 by the league for a late hit against Seattle cornerback Kelly Herndon in the 49ers' victory over the Seahawks last Thursday night. Wragge The incident occurred in the third quarter on a third-and-8 play from the San Francisco 14-yard line.
