Scouts Inc. answers bowl season's biggest questions

The 2006-07 bowl season kicks off Tuesday in San Diego with TCU and Northern Illinois meeting in the San Diego County Credit Union Poinsettia Bowl and culminates on Jan. 8 in Glendale, Ariz., with the Tostitos BCS National Championship Game between Ohio State and Florida.
