With 2006 nearing its end, recruiting classes are beginning to take shape. Teams are making pushes and landing big commitments, so it's time to update my class rankings. Notre Dame moves to No. 1 because they are meeting needs at crucial positions like cornerback, defensive end, wide receiver and quarterback.
