CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (AP) -- Chris Perkins scored 23 points and grabbed seven rebounds Wednesday to lead IPFW over Southeast Missouri State 84-65. The Mastodons (3-4) jumped out to a 20-9 lead and held the advantage for most of the first half.
