HOUSTON (AP) -- Robert McIver scored a game-high 26 points to lead the Houston Cougars to a 96-61 win over Grambling State on Wednesday night. McIver shook off a slow start and hit six 3-pointers. He also had seven assists. Charlie Jones also had seven assists for the Cougars (3-0). Robert Lee added 18 points and Oliver Lafayette scored 14 for the Cougars, who have scored at least 89 points in each of their games this season.
