Can Bucs-Panthers live up to expectations?

This looked like a good game at one time, and it may still be competitive. But neither the Buccaneers nor the Panthers have lived up to expectations. So what to expect on Monday Night? Julius Peppers alone may be worth tuning in for. The guy is having an MVP-caliber season. It's a shame the rest of his teammates aren't keeping up with him.
