BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) -- Lee Sweeney threw for 232 yards and two touchdowns Saturday to lead Tennessee Tech to a 20-14 win over Samford. Tennessee Tech (3-6, 3-3 Ohio Valley Conference) snapped a three-game losing streak with the win, while Samford (3-7, 1-6) lost its final home game of the season.
