(AP) -Jason Snelling ran 17 yards for his second touchdown with 1:31 to play Saturday and Virginia beat North Carolina State 14-7.Snelling, who carried 20 times for 99 yards, broke off an 18-yard run down the left side on the play before go-ahead run.
