A great quarterback can put a charge into any college football program. Look what Jay Cutler did for Vanderbilt last season. Now a rookie with the Denver Broncos, Cutler led the Commodores within a game of their first bowl trip in 23 years. He was that good, and he made everybody else around him even better.
