Friday, September 22, 2006 LUBBOCK, Texas -- Texas Tech got top receiver Jarrett Hicks back Friday after the NCAA granted him an academic eligibility waiver. Hicks, who missed the Red Raiders' first three games after the NCAA denied his first request, is expected to make his return Saturday against Southeastern Louisiana.
