Pace has concussion; Tinoisamoa dislocates elbow

SAN FRANCISCO -- Left tackle Orlando Pace was taken to a San Francisco hospital for tests after getting a concussion late in the first half of the St. Louis Rams' 20-13 loss to the 49ers on Sunday.  Tinoisamoa  Pace The Rams also lost linebacker Pisa Tinoisamoa, who dislocated his elbow while tackling 49ers fullback Chris Hetherington early in the third quarter.
