Boise State's Johnson quickly finds the spotlight

The word is out on Ian Johnson, and that's not a bad thing for Boise State. With a few lingering concerns about quarterback Jared Zabransky after a shaky 2005 season, the Broncos' offense needs another star. Johnson played the part on Sept. 7, rushing for 240 yards and five touchdowns as Boise State pounded Oregon State 42-14. Breaking tackles and dusting defensive backs, the sophomore tied a school record for single-game touchdowns and had the third-highest yardage total in school history. ...
