WEST LAFAYETTE, Indiana (Ticker) -- It took the entire game, but Purdue finally stopped Miami of Ohio on its last two possessions. Kory Sheets scored four touchdowns - including one in overtime - and Purdue withstood three potential tying end-zone passes by Mike Kokal for a 38-31 victory over Miami.
