Here is our latest 12-team, 16-round mock draft, using ESPN.com's scoring system for customizable leagues and a starting lineup of one quarterback, two running backs, two wide receivers, a "flex" player that can be a running back or receiver, one tight end, one kicker and one defensive unit.
