UTEP could have new coach by Sunday, sources say

UTEP athletic director Bob Stull interviewed a flurry of candidates Friday in Dallas and is expected to meet with one more Saturday before possibly choosing a new men's basketball coach Sunday afternoon, multiple sources told ESPN.com Friday night. Sources said Stull met with Texas A&M assistant Alvin Brooks, who works for former UTEP head coach Billy Gillispie at A&M, and Sam Houston State head coach Bob Marlin.
